There are several possible causes for ink leakage. One common reason is improper cartridge installation. Make sure the cartridge is inserted correctly and securely into the printer. If it's not properly seated, ink can leak from the connection points. Another cause could be a damaged cartridge. Check for any visible cracks or signs of wear on the cartridge. If it's damaged, it will need to be replaced. Additionally, environmental factors such as high temperature or humidity can also contribute to ink leakage. Try to keep your printer in a cool, dry place.
To fix the issue, if it's an installation problem, carefully remove the cartridge and reinstall it, ensuring it clicks into place. If the cartridge is damaged, CONTACT US to obtain a new one. If environmental factors are suspected, move the printer to a more suitable location and wait for any excess ink to dry before attempting to print again.
